New officiers required

Guys,
Im looking at adding 2 more officiers to NWO
Im thinking 1 officier to every 10 members.
I would like you to either recommend someone or even vote for yourself. I need active players that are willing to help newbies as well as be active enough to be around when required. I am making it compulsory for all new officiers to have skype. PLease add me skype name : clayface4440
