seen you asking for tips in the alliance chat heres a few

leveling up exp

fireball=1 exp
earthquake= 1 exp
landgrab= 5 exp(but your not a mage)

levels

when you attack and defend against a kingdom with 5 levels higher and win you get 3 exp per attack ( i think lol )
